Prof. Dr. Bilal Çankır completed his undergraduate education at Gazi University, his graduate degree at Marmara University, and his PhD in business and tourism at Istanbul University. He worked as a research assistant at Kırklareli University between 2010-2017. He was a visiting researcher at The University of Texas at Dallas in the USA between 2014-2015. He was appointed to the Department of Business Administration at Istanbul Medeniyet University in 2017 and has been serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Management since January 2021 and as a Professor as of March 2024. He is a member of various working groups at COST, one of the largest academic platforms in Europe, and holds administrative positions at Istanbul Medeniyet University. He is also the editor of the Journal of Behavior at Work and conducts scientific studies in the fields of strategic management and organizational behavior.

Şadi Evren Şeker is a computer scientist and data scientist. He is the first person to introduce the concept of "Computational Argument Delphi Technique", which is a development of the Delphi method initially developed within the scope of the RAND Project, to the literature. \nAfter receiving his PhD degree from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2010, Şeker started working as an assistant professor at Istanbul University in 2011. Between 2012 and 2014, he served as a visiting faculty member at the Data Mining Lab of the University of Texas at Dallas. From 2016 to 2017, he was a visiting professor in the Department of Computer Science at Smith College in Massachusetts. In recognition of his achievements, he was promoted to full Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering in 2020. He is the inventor of several data science methods and holds patents in the following areas: a method and system for evaluating and improving clustering performance, computer-implemented methods for feature selection in predictive data modeling, and a machine learning–based prediction system and method. He currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Technologies at Istanbul University. His research involves the application of data science algorithms in various industries, including banking, geology, natural language processing, and big data analytics.

Arslan, who was born in Vezirköprü and completed his education in Merzifon, graduated from the Department of Business Administration (English) at Marmara University in 1995. He received his master’s degree in Human Resources Management and his Ph.D. in Economic History from the same university. Between 2000 and 2002, Arslan pursued a master's degree at Georgetown University. After working for 15 years in the fields of media and human resources, he began his academic career at Istanbul Medeniyet University in 2011. He became an Associate Professor in 2015 and currently serves as a faculty member at the same university. Arslan has published works on human resources management and business administration, and he is also the founder of GENÇ Magazine, established in 2006.

Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Okur, who serves as Dean at Marmara University Faculty of Business Administration, is a graduate of Marmara University Department of Economics and completed his master's and doctoral studies at the same university. He began his academic career as a faculty member at various universities and received the title of professor in 2021. During this period, he has conducted numerous academic researches and publications, presented papers at various national and international conferences, and published articles in scientific journals. Okur has also participated in significant projects and made great contributions to student education throughout his academic life. He has also held important responsibilities in various academic and administrative positions.

Prof. Dr. Yasemin Bal is a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University. She completed her undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies at the same university and received the title of professor in 2022. She teaches courses in the fields of human resources management and strategic management and conducts various academic research. She has published many articles in national and international journals, presented papers at conferences and participated in projects. Her studies investigate the effects of human resources practices on organizational commitment and performance and contribute greatly to educating students in this field.

Prof. Dr. Selma Arıkan is a faculty member at Medeniyet University. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Boğaziçi University and master's and doctorate degrees from Hacettepe University. She specializes in the field of work and organizational psychology and works on topics such as stress in work life, job satisfaction and employee motivation. Prof. Arıkan has published many articles at both national and international level, presented papers at various scientific conferences and participated in important projects. In addition, he has advised many students throughout his academic career and has made significant contributions to their development.

Dr. Latif Karagöz is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Medeniyet University. He specializes in social psychology and is known for his various academic studies. His research includes topics such as community psychology, group dynamics, and the societal impacts of individual behaviors. Karagöz has also presented papers at numerous national and international conferences, published articles in academic journals and participated in important projects. Throughout his academic career, he has made substantial contributions to student development and has held various academic and administrative positions.

Dr. Lecturer Derya Semiz Çelik completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University, her master's degree at Marmara University and her doctorate at Istanbul University. While continuing her academic career, Dr. Semiz Çelik has focused particularly on Business Management and Marketing Strategies, and has published various articles and book chapters in these areas. Her research primarily centers on Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management, and has been featured in both national and international academic journals. She also teaches courses in Marketing, Strategic Management, and International Business, providing guidance and mentorship to her students. In addition to her scientific studies, Dr. Semiz Çelik actively participates in various academic activities such as projects supported by TÜBİTAK and international conferences.
