This text has been organized by DEEPWORK BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Company” or “HR-AI”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”) and relevant legislation, for the purpose of obtaining your explicit consent regarding the transfer of your personal data processed by the Company abroad. Our Company works with global technology suppliers and cloud infrastructures, which makes it mandatory to transfer your data abroad within the framework of certain security standards.

2. Legal Basis and Scope of Transfer Abroad

Pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK, personal data “cannot be transferred abroad without the explicit consent of the data subject.” However, due to the nature of the high-tech services provided by our Company, server infrastructures, data storage centers, and artificial intelligence analysis engines are operated through service providers located abroad. In this context, with this Explicit Consent Text, you will be confirming your permission for your personal data to be transferred abroad, stored, and processed on servers abroad.

• Biometric Data: Face scan data, mood analysis results, voice analysis data (These data are special categories of personal data and require special consent for transfer).
• Interview Content Data: Oral and written responses to interview questions, transcripts.
• Technical and Transaction Data: Connected IP addresses, device information, browser type, operating system information, logs.
• Evaluation Results: Analysis reports generated by artificial intelligence, competency scores, personality trait analyses.

4. Countries and Recipient Groups to be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of service providers whose servers are located abroad, which are necessary for the execution of our business processes:

• United States (USA) and European Union (EU) Countries: Cloud-based data storage and backup service providers (For video and file storage processes).
• United States (USA): AI-based data processing, analysis, and modeling infrastructure providers (For interview analysis and running algorithms).
• Global (USA/EU): Technology suppliers providing application hosting, server, and infrastructure services.

5. Purposes of Transfer

Data transfer abroad is carried out limited to the specific purposes below. Our main database and website are hosted in Turkey, and only specific processing operations are sourced from abroad:

• Storage of video interview recordings in secure and high-capacity cloud areas.
• Conducting interview analyses, emotion, and content evaluations using advanced artificial intelligence models.
• Running our company's proprietary algorithms and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
• Ensuring business continuity and benefiting from infrastructure services at global standards.

6. Data Security and Measures Taken

Our Company takes both local and international standard measures for the security of your data:

• Data Storage in Turkey: Main database and website servers are kept in data centers within the borders of Turkey.
• Encryption: Data transferred abroad is protected by strong encryption methods during transfer (TLS 1.2+) and storage.
• Contractual Assurances: KVKK-compliant data processing and confidentiality agreements are made with service providers.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Consequences

You have the right to withdraw your cross-border transfer consent at any time. However, since a large part of the services provided by our Company rely on foreign-based cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructures, in case you withdraw your consent:

• It may technically not be possible for you to benefit from video interview and analysis services.
• Your ongoing candidate evaluation processes may remain incomplete or be cancelled.
• Your data previously transferred abroad will be deleted or anonymized from the relevant servers upon your withdrawal request (without prejudice to legal retention obligations).

8. EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

I have read and understood the text above. I EXPLICITLY CONSENT, with my free will and without adhering to any hesitation as a result of the illumination made to me, to the TRANSFER of my personal data, including my special categories of data, to service providers, business partners, and suppliers whose servers are located abroad, especially in the United States and European Union countries, for the purposes of performing the services provided by the Company, ensuring data security, and conducting artificial intelligence analyses; and to the STORAGE and PROCESSING of the same on servers in these countries.
