5. Method and Legal Reason for Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via our website, mobile applications, e-mail, call center, and cookies. This collection activity is based on the legal grounds that "it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", and "it is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". For special categories of data and cross-border transfers, the legal ground of "explicit consent" is applied.
